摘 要:为了实现金属的快速加热和保温,以实现快速局部等温成形工艺,基于中频感应加热技术,研究了金属的局部快速升温和保温过程的加热制度。以45钢棒料为例,进行了多次感应加热实验,采用多段加热,通过调整不同阶段的加热功率和加热时间,使试样温度快速上升到指定温度并保温,从而得到了使试样局部快速升温并保温的感应加热工艺。为了验证加热过程中试样的温度分布均匀性,利用MSC.Marc有限元软件对该工艺进行模拟,结果表明:模拟与测试结果一致,且通过该工艺得到的试样局部温度分布均匀,因而此快速加热方法可用于中小零件的局部等温成形。In order to realize the rapid heating and heat preservation of metal and the rapid local isothermal forming process,based on the intermediate frequency induction heating technology,the heating system of the local rapid heating and heat preservation process of metal was studied.Taking 45steel bar as an example,several induction heating experiments were conducted.The temperature of the sample was rapidly raised to the designated temperature and holded by adjusting the heating power and heating time of different stages through multistage heating.Thus,the induction heating technology for local rapid heating and thermal insulation of the sample was obtained.In order to verify the temperature uniformity of the sample during the heating process,MSC.Marc finite element software was used to simulate the process.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the test results.The local temperature of the sample obtained by this process is uniform,so this rapid heating method can be used for isothermal forming of small and medium parts.
