摘 要:为安全、快速拆除运行高速公路上跨天桥,对爆破拆除中的关键技术进行了探索和实践。采用数值模拟方法,分析了开凿炮眼对天桥力学性能的影响,结果表明:尽管桥梁开凿炮眼后跨中挠度和最大受拉筋应力分别增加了4. 8%和9. 2%,但对其整体稳定性影响不明显。对天桥倒塌过程的数值模拟结果表明:对锚入桥台内的钢筋进行预处理可确保桥体顺利失稳塌落,施爆时用角钢制作了高80 mm、宽50 mm、装药量为150 g的聚能切割器对Ф32螺纹钢筋实施了预切割,并针对桥梁不同部位和拟保护对象特点,采取了覆盖、铺设钢板和黄土缓冲垫层等防护措施,取得了良好的爆破效果。To demolish the flyover,bridge overpassing highway quickly,some key technologies in blasting demolition were explored and practiced.By numerical simulation,the influence of drilling holes on the mechanical property of the flyover bridge was discussed.Results show that,the mid-span deflection and the maximum tension stress increased by 4.8% and 9.2% respectively after the blast hole drilling,but the influence on the overall stability of the bridge was not obvious.The numerical simulation results of the collapse process of the flyover bridge show that the pretreatment of the reinforcing bar anchored into the abutment ensured the collapse of the bridge body.The screw steel with diameter of 32mm was pre-cut by a concentrated cutter with height 80mm,width 50mm and charge 150g.According to the characteristics of,different parts of the bridge and protected objects,protective measures with covering and laying steel plates and loess cushion were adopted,finally good blasting result was obtained.
