摘　　要：全球艾滋病疫情已非常严峻,而我国的防控形势也不容乐观,尤其是青年学生群体。尽早进行HIV检测咨询,对感染者和病人开展医疗服务,是控制传染源和减少感染病例的有效手段。如何加强教育、宣传和动员,让处于生长发育期的在校学生主动作为,接受相关部门提供的卫生咨询、监测和服务,从而有效避免艾滋病的侵扰、保护自己的身心健康,是急需研究和解决的问题。Objective The global HIV/AIDS epidemic has been one of the most serious public health problems.China is also faced with this increasing challenge of providing more targeted prevention programmes to key affected populations such as young college students.Early HIV testings along with post-test counseling counselling are effective means to controlling and ultimately ending the HIV/AIDS pandemic.There's an urgent need for effective national health initiatives,strategies,and action plans to educate,mobilize students,who are living through a critical stage of life,to take more active role in HIV prevention,consultation,monitoring and testing service engagement,with the goal of reducing the risk of HIV infection for their own well-being.
