摘  要:针对某铝合金压铸模具进行了温度场数值模拟,并以温度场的模拟结果作为初始热载荷加载进行模具应力场的模拟。由于压铸过程中所受压力不同,分成4个阶段单独模拟,利用模拟结果并集合局部应变分析法和4点关联法进行模具寿命的预测,为制定工艺参数及提高模具寿命提供参考。The numerical simulation of the temperature field of an aluminum alloy die casting die was carried out,and the simulated results of the temperature field were considered as the initial thermal loading to simulate the stress field of the die.Due to the different forces in process of the die-casting,the simulated results are divided into four stages.The prediction of die life was carried out by combining the simulated results with local strain analysis as well as four points method,which provided reference for determining process parameters and improving die life.
