摘　　要：为提升临时设计团队的合作绩效,加快异质知识背景成员之间的知识流动,基于团队认知构建产品设计知识管理系统。采用知识组织方法,利用设计知识本体结构与团队合作知识应用需求,对设计知识内容进行关联、构建和重组。通过分析临时团队认知特征,指出同时满足集体知识共享与成员个体专业差异是知识管理系统构建的关键方法。以辅助香薰机概念设计为例,说明该设计知识管理系统在临时团队形成共识和促进交互方面的作用。A product design knowledge management system based on team cognition was proposed in order to improve cooperation performance of temporary design team and accelerate knowledge flow among members with heterogeneous background.The knowledge organization method was adopted to correlate,construct and reorganize design knowledge content using design knowledge ontology structure and knowledge application requirement of teamwork.It was pointed out that the key method of the knowledge management system construction must satisfy both collective knowledge sharing and individual profession difference at the same time through the analysis of temporary team cognition characteristics.The conceptual design of aromatherapy machine was taken as an example to state the effectiveness of this design knowledge management system on building consensus and promoting interaction among temporary teams.
