摘 要:针对多能谱γ射线透射法能量选取方法相关研究不系统的问题,从吸收系数矩阵病态的角度详细分析了能量选取与γ射线透射法检测精度之间的关系,总结出了一种基于吸收系数矩阵条件数的多能谱γ射线透射法能量选取原则:通过判定被选能量对应吸收系数矩阵条件数确定能量参数,且工程建议吸收系数矩阵的条件数小于100。同时还以铀(U)/锆(Zr)混合物为基础对该原则进行了理论和实验分析验证,结果表明相同条件下被选能量参数对应相对吸收系数矩阵的条件数越小,实验测量精度越高;同时吸收系数矩阵条件数在100以下时,可以确保方法的测试相对精度优于5%。Up to now the energies selection principle for multi-energies gamma-ray transmission technique was ambiguous, and the research object of this paper was to extract a energies selection principle for it. The relationship between measurement precision and ill-equations has been demonstrated in this paper, and a energy selection principle has been got based on these analysis, which is to chose the energy parameters by determining the condition number of the attenuation coefficient matrix, and the condition number for engineering application proposal is less than 100. Meanwhile, a series experiments based on U and Zr mixture have been used to verify the principle. The results show that smaller condition number of the attenuation coefficient matrix lead to high measurement accuracy, and the relative measurement accuracy can be controlled within 5% based on the precondition of condition number smaller than 100.
