摘 要:在乏燃料后处理中,需要回取已封装在乏燃料贮存容器中的乏燃料。根据热室使用环境及乏燃料贮存容器的特点,从耐辐射设计、乏燃料贮存容器固定、切割进给、切割刀具及刀具更换、放射性废物最少化等方面进行设计响应,研制了一种在热室内开启乏燃料贮存容器的干式外圆机械切割装置。功能性试验验证了该装置满足设计和使用要求。The spent fuel that encapsulated in the spent fuel storage canister shall be withdrawn in its reprocessing.Based on the circumstance of hot cell and the structure characteristics of spent fuel storage canister,as the radiation resistant design,the fixation of the storage canister,cutting feed,turning tool and its replacement,and rad-waste minimization shall be considered in the design. A dry circular mechanical cutting device is developed to open the spent fuel storage canister in the hot cell.Function tests verify that the cutting device meets the requirements of its design and application.
