生精固本汤联合抗氧化剂治疗少弱精子症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察生精固本汤联合抗氧化剂治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法在我院于2015年2月—2016年6月间收治的少弱精子症患者中选出150例作为本次研究的观察对象,根据治疗方法的不同将患者随机分入到对照组与治疗组中,对照组患者给予常规抗氧化剂治疗(维生素E、维生素C),治疗组患者则在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂生精固本汤治疗,对比分析2组患者的治疗总有效率、精子浓度、前向精子活动力指标。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为88.9%,对照组为64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组精液参数治疗后较治疗前均有提高,治疗组患者的精子密度、(a+b)级精子改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生精固本汤联合抗氧化剂可明显改善少弱精子症不育患者的精子密度和前向运动活动力,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengjing Guben decoction combined with antioxidants in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Methods From February 2015 to June 2016,150 patients with oligoasthenospermia in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were given routine antioxidant therapy (vitamin E,vitamin C). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shengjing Guben decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparative analysis of total effective rate,sperm concentration and index of forward sperm motility in the two groups was made.Result The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.9% and 64.0% respectively,and the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment,the semen parameters of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of sperm density and (a+b)level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion.Shengjing Guben decoction combined with antioxidants can obviously improve sperm density and forward motility in infertile patients with oligospermia,and improve clinical efficacy,which is worth popularizing.
