高血压患者应用清肝明目药枕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制清肝明目降压药枕在轻中度高血压患者治疗中的作用。方法将240例患者随机分为2组各120例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用清肝明目降压药枕治疗;观察治疗12周后血压及中医证候疗效情况。结果治疗组治疗12周后降压疗效、中医证候疗效高于对照组。结论中医药枕外治法能使轻中度高血压患者血压控制更平稳,同时改善高血压患者临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of Qinggan Mingmu hypotensive pillow in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension. Methods 240 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Qinggan Mingmu therapy antihypertensive medicinal pillow on the basis of the control group.The effect of blood pressure and TCM syndrome after 12 weeks were observed.Results The curative effect of the treatment group after 12 weeks was higher that of the control group.Conclusion The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine pillow can improve the control of blood pressure in patients with mild and moderate hypertension,while improves the clinical symptoms of hypertension.
