醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法我院将2016年12月—2017年12月住院的98例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各49例,对照组给予低分子依达拉奉静脉滴注。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加入醒脑静注射液。疗程各为14天。观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后发现,对照组49例患者总有效率79.6%;治疗组49例患者总有效率91.8%;P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。对两组患者治疗后的生活能力评分比较,治疗组明显高于对照组。结论醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果满意,能够有效改善患者生活能力,临床使用安全,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method 98 cases of hospitalized patients in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous drip of edaravone.The treatment group was given Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 14 days.The therapeutic effect of 2 groups of patients was observed. Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 79.6%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.8%, and the difference was statistically significant P <0.05.The life ability scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Xingnaojing is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.It can effectively improve the living ability of patients and is safe for clinical use.
