定点旋转复位与针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨定点旋转复位法联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法在2015年1月—2016年12月期间在本院接受治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者中选择118例作为研究资料,随机分组各59例,对照组采用定点旋转复位法治疗,观察组采用定点旋转复位法联合针灸治疗,观察2组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.22%显著高于对照组的77.97%,P<0.05;治疗后观察组中医证候积分明显降低,且显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在椎动脉型颈椎病治疗中选择定点旋转复位法联合针灸治疗方式可获得良好的临床疗效,有效改善患者症状,具有较高的临床治疗价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fixed-point rotation reduction combined with acupuncture on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods Between January 2015 and December 2015,118 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.59 cases in the control group used fixed-point rotation reset method of treatment,and the observation group used fixed-point rotation reduction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.22% which was significantly higher than 77.97% of the control group P<0.05.After treatment,the syndromes of TCM syndrome of the observation group were significantly reduced,which was significantly better than that of the control group P<0.05.Conclusion The fixed- point rotation reduction combined with acupuncture on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can obtain good clinical curative effect, effectively improve symptoms,and has high clinical value.
