针灸在脑卒中康复治疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察中医针灸在脑卒中康复治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选择2016年10月—2017年11月期间在我院接受治疗的脑卒中患者44例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,其中观察组22例,对照组22例,分别接受中医针灸和常规康复治疗,比较2组患者的各项功能评分与治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者运动功能评分(9.3±1.2)分,平衡功能评分(8.3±1.2)分,日常生活能力评分(66.5±2.7)分,认知功能评分(18.1±1.5)分;对照组患者运动功能评分(6.5±1.9)分,平衡功能评分(4.5±1.4)分,日常生活能力评分(47.2±2.9)分,认知功能评分(13.5±1.8)分;组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者显效11例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率95.5%;对照组患者显效9例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率72.7%;组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中医针灸在脑卒中康复治疗中的应用效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke. Methods Fortyfour patients with cerebral apoplexy treated in our hospital from October 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into observation group of22 cases and control group of 22 cases,and received acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine and routine rehabilitation treatment respectively. Comparison of the functional score and the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups were made. Result In the observation group,the score of exercise function was( 9. 3 ± 1. 2) points,the balance function score was( 8. 3 ± 1. 2) points,the daily living ability score was( 66. 5 ± 2. 7) points,and the cognitive function score was( 18. 1 ± 1. 5) points. In the control group,the score of exercise function was( 6. 5 ± 1. 9) points,the balance function score was( 4. 5 ± 1. 4) points,the daily living ability score was( 47. 2 ± 2. 9)points,and the cognitive function score was( 13. 5 ± 1. 8) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0. 05). In the observation group,11 cases were obviously effective,10 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffectiveness. The total effective rate was 95. 5%. In the control group,9 cases were obviously effective,7 cases were effective,and 6 case was ineffectiveness. the total effective rate was 72. 7%. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in rehabilitation treatment of stroke is remarkable. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
