百合固金汤治疗肺癌晚期并发胸水的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析百合固金汤对治疗肺癌晚期并发胸水的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月—2017年1月收治的70例肺癌晚期并发胸水患者为本研究中的观察对象,依据随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组。一组患者单纯采用顺铂胸腔灌注治疗,设为对照组;另一组患者在顺铂胸腔灌注治疗基础上,加用中药百合固金汤治疗,设为观察组。将2组患者的胸水改善情况、治疗前后生活质量(EORTC QLQ-LCl3)评分进行比较分析。结果观察组胸水改善总有效率为88. 57%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗前2组患者的生活质量评分差异并不显著,无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组患者EORTC QLQ-LCl3评分明显低于治疗前与对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用百合固金汤治疗对肺癌晚期并发胸水的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Baihe Gujin decoction in the treatment of advanced pleural effusion of lung cancer. Methods Seventy patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with pleural effusion admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.One group of patients was treated with cisplatin thoracic perfusion alone as the control group. The other group was treated with cisplatin thoracic perfusion therapy and treated with Chinese herbal Baihe Gujin decoction as the observation group. The pleural effusion improvement and the quality of life before and after treatment( EORTC QLQ-LCl3) scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of pleural effusion improvement in the observation group was 88. 57%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference in quality of life score between the two groups before treatment was not significant,and it was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the EORTC QLQ-LCl3 score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine Baihe Gujin decoction in the treatment of advanced pleural effusion of lung cancer has significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
