健脾益气复元汤治疗肺癌术后轻中度疼痛研究

摘　　要：目的总结健脾益气复元汤治疗肺癌术后轻中度疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法将50例轻中度肺癌术后疼痛患者采用随机对照方法分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例);治疗组予健脾益气复元汤,每日1剂,连用14 d;对照组予盐酸曲马多缓释片,连用14 d。评估2组患者治疗前后的疼痛状况并进行对比;同时分析2组患者治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果健脾益气复元汤对于轻中度肺癌术后患者镇痛总有效率为92%,与对照组有效率(96%)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);健脾益气复元汤中位起效时间8 h,镇痛效果平稳,口感好,无不良反应,治疗依从性高,生活质量明显改善。结论健脾益气复元汤对于轻、中度的肺癌术后疼痛患者具有较好的镇痛疗效,无不良反应,能够显著改善患者生活质量。Objective To summarize the efficacy and adverse reactions of Jianpi Yiqi Fuyuan decoction in the treatment of mild to moderate pain after lung cancer surgery.Methods 50 cases of postoperative pain patients with mild to moderate lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (25 cases)and control group (25 cases).The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Fuyuan decoction,once a day for 14 days.The control group was given tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for 14 days.The pain status of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated and compared.The quality of life scores before and after treatment was also analyzed in both groups. Results The effective rate of Jianpi Yiqi Fuyuan decoction was 93% for patients with mild-to-moderate pulmonary surgery,comparing with 96% for the control group,and there was no statistical difference (P >0.05).With an effective time of 8 hours,the analgesic effect was stable,the taste was good,there was no adverse reaction,the treatment compliance was high,and the quality of life was significantly improved.Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Fuyuan decoction has good analgesic effect on patients with mild to moderate lung cancer postoperative pain,no adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
