瓜蒌薤白半夏汤结合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤结合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年6月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者96例为研究对象,通过随机偶数奇数法分为对照组(48例)和实验组(48例),对照组予以单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,实验组予以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤结合血府逐瘀汤治疗,对2组临床指标变化、临床疗效进行观察比较。结果对照组的治疗总有效率与实验组的治疗总有效率进行比较,实验组优于对照组,2组比较有统计学差异(P <0. 05);实验组心绞痛持续时间、发作次数、硝酸甘油使用量均比对照组显著减少,组间有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论冠心病心绞痛采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤结合血府逐瘀汤治疗,效果显著,安全可靠,可有效控制疾病发作,缩短病程,具有临床借鉴和进一步推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 1818 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group( 48 cases) and experimental group( 48 cases). The group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets. The experimental group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. The clinical indicators and clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was compared with the total effective rate of the experimental group. The experimental group was superior to the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The duration of angina pectoris,the number of episodes,nitric acid and the amount of glycerol used of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris is significant,safe and reliable,and can effectively control the onset of disease and shorten the course of disease. It has clinical reference and further promotion value.
