玉屏风散合消风散加减治疗慢性湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风散合消风散加减治疗慢性湿疹98例临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年3月收治的98例慢性湿疹患者,按照随机抽签法将所有患者分为2组,对照组采用除湿止痒软膏进行治疗,观察组采用玉屏风散合消风散加减治疗。分析2组患者EASI评分、临床症状评分以及治疗效果。结果观察组患者采用玉屏风散合消风散加减治疗后,观察组患者EASI评分和临床症状评分优于对照组,观察组治疗效果优于对照组,2组间差异明显,P <0. 05。结论对慢性湿疹患者在临床治疗中采用玉屏风散合消风散加减治疗,产生的临床疗效较好,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng powder combined with Xiaofeng powder in treating chronic eczema for98 cases. Methods 98 patients with chronic eczema treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were divided into 2 groups according to the random drawing method. The control group was treated with dehumidification and antipruritic ointment,and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng powder combined with Xiaofeng powder. The EASI score,clinical symptom score and therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,the EASI score and clinical symptom score of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was P < 0. 05 between the two groups. Conclusion Yupingfeng powder combined with Xiaofeng powder in treating chronic eczema has good clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of application.
