摘　　要：目的总结PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期护理经验,提高老年髋部骨折围手术期生存质量及护理效率。方法分析总结2016年1月—2017年1月病区应用PFNA微创治疗30例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的护理经验,给予生理、心理和康复护理。结果 30例患者均痊愈出院,无并发症发生。术后随访6～12个月,平均7. 8个月。所有患者均骨性愈合,无内固定松动、断裂,螺旋刀片切出,无髋关节活动疼痛及功能障碍,未出现骨折不愈合、骨折畸形愈合、股骨头坏死等并发症。结论有效地护理措施对PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折有重要的临床意义。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients,and to improve the quality of life and nursing care of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods The nursing experience of 30 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated by PFNA minimally invasive treatment from January 2016 to January 2017 was analyzed and summarized.Results All the 30 patients were cured and no complications occurred.All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months (mean,7.8 months).All patients were healed,no internal fixation loosening or fracture,cutting out,no hip joint pain and dysfunction,no nonunion,malunion,femoral head necrosis and other complications.Conclusion The effective nursing measures have important clinical significance in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients with PFNA.
