摘 要:公安院校学员顶岗实习是即将毕业的学员在实战单位相应岗位上进行的综合实习,是对公安院校学员实践能力的检验,是为公安系统培育所需人才的有效方式。加强公安院校学员顶岗实习管理,有利于了解学员学习状态和实践能力,及时掌握并解决实习过程中出现的问题。绩效管理在人力资源管理中具有非常重要的地位,对于激励组织和人员、提高工作效率均发挥举足轻重的作用。本文运用绩效管理理论和方法,探究了当前公安院校学员顶岗实习管理中存在的不足,提出了优化管理的对策建议,研究成果将应用于公安院校学员顶岗实习方案设计和过程指导。Trainees of public security universities and colleges go to the first-line work units for internship before graduation,which can test their working capacity and is an effective way to cultivate police professionals,too.To strengthen the management the trainees in their internship period is conducive to understanding of trainees' learning,working competency,their problems so that they can be solved in time.Performance management which is important in HR management plays a crucial role in stimulating personnel and improving work efficiency.This paper probes into minuses of trainees' internship and puts forward suggestions for optimization of management and its research results will be applied to police universities and colleges for their designing internship programs and process guidance.
