摘 要:根据机载雷达天线阵面结构,对初始方案进行了结构优化,分别建立了两种设计方案的有限元动力学计算模型,对其进行模态、冲击响应以及随机振动分析。两种方案计算结果比较表明:改进方案相比初始方案质量减轻60.8 kg,其基频提升了22%,冲击下变形降低了7.4%,冲击下的剩余强度系数与随机振动的加速度功率谱密度响应值偏差在5%以内,为阵面结构方案选择提供了很好的依据。According to an airborne radar structure,the initial design is optimized and two finite element models of two design plans have been established. Through the mode analysis,shock analysis and random vibration analysis,compared the initial design the results indicate that the improved structure design has increased by 22% in fundamental frequency,reduced by 7.4% in shock deformation,the remain strength coefficient and acceleration power spectral density value have a deviation within 5%. Furthermore,the weight of the improved structure has been reduced 60.8 kg,which is meaningful for the design of antenna array.
