中医中药辨证施治脑血管痉挛性头痛临床效果及预后

摘　　要：目的分析中医中药辨证施治对于脑血管痉挛性头痛临床效果及预后的影响。方法 2016年1月—2018年12月确诊的60例脑血管痉挛性头痛患者随机分成治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组按照常规西医治疗,治疗组开展中医辨证施治,采用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)监测2组治疗前后大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度,并对临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗前2组MCA的平均血流速度的差异不明显(P> 0. 05),治疗后治疗组的平均血流速度要明显低于对照组(P <0. 05),差异显著。治疗组总有效率为93. 33%,高于对照组的70. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中医中药辨证施治治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛疗效确切,能较好改善预后,且安全性好,具有一定的研究推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on the clinical effect and prognosis of cerebral vasospasm headache.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,60 patients with cerebral vasospasm headache were.randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to conventional Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and transcranial Doppler.Ultrasound (TCD)was used to monitor the blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery (MCA)before and after treatment in both groups,and the clinical effects were compared. Results There was no significant difference in mean blood flow velocity between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05),and the difference was significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group (70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.(15).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of cerebral vasospasm is effective,can improve the prognosis,and has good safety.It has certain research and promotion value.
