三伏贴穴位敷贴治疗难治性小儿呼吸道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析难治性小儿呼吸道感染采用三伏贴穴位敷贴治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2017年5月大连沙河口德麟中医诊所收治的难治性小儿呼吸道感染患儿中100例,随机分为2组,对照组行模拟贴穴位敷贴治疗,观察组行自制三伏贴穴位敷贴治疗,对比2组临床疗效、症状消失时间、疾病发作情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组患儿咳痰消失时间、退热时间以及咳嗽消失时间更短,P <0. 05;观察组中治愈、显效、有效患者共有49例,临床治疗总有效率为98%,高于对照组的82%,差异明显,P <0. 05;与对照组对比,观察组治疗后严重程度评分更低,发作次数更少,差异明显,P <0. 05; 2组患儿敷贴处均未出现发红、发痒等不良反应,且2组不良反应发生率对比,组间差异不明显,P> 0. 05。结论难治性小儿呼吸道感染采用三伏贴穴位敷贴治疗的临床有效性与安全性较高,可广泛推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the treatment of refractory pediatric respiratory tract infection with acupoint application.Methods From February 2014to May 2017,100children with refractory pediatric respiratory infections admitted Dalian Shahekou De Lin Chinese medicine clinic were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with simulated acupoint application.The observation group applied self-made Sanfu paste acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of the symptoms,the onset of the disease and the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared.Results Comparing with the control group,the cough disappearance time,fever time and cough disappearance time in the observation group were shorter P <0.05.There were 49patients in the observation group who were cured,markedly effective and effective.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 98%,which was higher than 82%of the control group,and the difference was significant P <0.05.Comparing with the control group,the severity of the treatment group was lower after treatment,the number of seizures was less,and the difference was significant P <0.05.There were no adverse reactions such as redness and itching,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups P >0.05.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of refractory pediatric respiratory infections treated with Sanfu acupoint application is high and can be widely promoted.
