发散式冲击波联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗风寒湿型背部肌筋膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过对比发散式冲击波(radial shock wave therapy,RSWT)、发散式冲击波联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗风寒湿型背部肌筋膜炎的疗效差异,研究发散式冲击波联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗风寒湿型背部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各30例;对照组采用冲击波治疗,5 d治疗一次,共治疗3次;治疗组在对照组基础上,口服黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。结果治疗组、对照组治疗后1周的总有效率分别为96. 6%、93. 1%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗组、对照组治疗后6周的总有效率分别为96. 6%、82. 8%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 5);治疗后1周、6周2组患者VAS评分及SC-ODI评分较治疗前均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),2组治疗后1周、6周比较,治疗组VAS评分及SC-ODI评分下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论发散式冲击波联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗风寒湿型背部肌筋膜炎的疗效确切、安全、无不良作用。Objective By comparing the therapeutic effects of divergent shock wave,divergent shock wave and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness back myofasciitis,the clinical effect of divergent shock wave combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of rheumatism type back myofasciitis was studied. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The shock wave treatment was used in control group,once in 5 days,and treated in total for 3 times. The treatment group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96. 6% and 93. 1% one week after the treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). The total effective rate was 96. 6% and 82. 8% in the treatment group and the control group six weeks after the treatment. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 5). VAS scores and SC-ODI scores were decreased in both groups at 1 and 6 weeks after treatment compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After 1 week and6 weeks,the VAS score and SC-ODI score in the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Divergent shock wave combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is effective,safe and has no side effects in the treatment of cold-dampness back myofasciitis.
