肠痈汤联合护理干预治疗急性阑尾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析肠痈汤联合护理干预对治疗急性阑尾炎的影响。方法本次选取82例急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,研究时间为2015年6月—2017年4月,随机分为2组,即对照组给予常规方法治疗、观察组给予肠痈汤联合护理干预治疗,各41例。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率97. 56%(40/41)高于对照组数据,P <0. 05。观察组患者的体温恢复时间、腹痛消失时间、压痛消失时间及血象正常时间均短于对照组数据,P <0. 05。结论肠痈汤联合护理干预对治疗急性阑尾炎具有较高的临床价值,能够在缓解临床症状的基础上改善生活质量,值得应用及推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Changyong decoction combined with nursing intervention on acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 82patients with acute appendicitis were enrolled.The study time was from June 2015to April 2017.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,ie,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given intestinal fistula combined with nursing intervention,with 41cases in each group.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%(40/41)which was higher than that of the control group P <0.05.The body temperature recovery time,abdominal pain disappearance time,tenderness disappearance time and blood normal time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group P <0.05.Conclusion Changyong decoction combined with nursing intervention has high clinical value in the treatment of acute appendicitis.It can improve the quality of life on the basis of relieving clinical symptoms,and it is worthy of application and promotion.
