生化汤治疗中孕引产后部分性胎盘植入的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究生化汤治疗中孕引产后部分性胎盘植入的临床价值。方法此次研究对象为2017年4月—2018年4月收治的70例中孕引产后部分性胎盘植入患者,根据治疗药物的不同将患者进行分组,将选用米非司酮治疗的35例患者作为对照组,将选用生化汤治疗的35例患者作为观察组,评估2组疗效,并记录2组不同治疗时间(治疗前、治疗后7 d、14 d与21 d)血β-HCG值与胎盘大小。结果经治疗,观察组总有效率较对照组多(94. 29%> 68. 57%),2组数据差异检验值为P <0. 05。同时,治疗前对比2组血β-HCG值发现组间差异不显著(P> 0. 05); 2组治疗后7 d、14 d与21 d后观察组血β-HCG值下降趋势优于对照组,2组数据差异检验值均为P <0. 05。并且治疗后7 d与14 d观察组胎盘大小缩小趋势优于对照组,2组数据差异检验值均为P <0. 05。结论在中孕引产后部分性胎盘植入患者治疗中应用生化汤,有助于缩小患者胎盘大小、降低β-HCG值,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical value of partial placental implantation after pregnancy induced abortion treated with Shenghua decoction. Method The study objects in our hospital between April 2017 and April 2018 were 70 cases admitted during the period of pregnancy induced labor section patients with placenta increta. Depending on the drugs to patients group,35 patients as control group took mifepristone treatment,and 35 patients treated with Shenghua decoction were as the observation group. The efficacy of the two groups,and the blood β-HCG value and placental area of the two groups were recorded at different treatment times(before treatment,7 days after treatment,14 days after treatment and 21 days after treatment). Results After treatment,the total effective cases in the observation group were more than those in the control group(94. 29% > 68. 57%),and the difference between the two groups was P < 0. 05. At the same time,comparison of blood β-HCG values between the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Comparing with the control group,the values of blood purge β-HCG in the observation group at 7,14 and 21 days after treatment of the two groups showed a better decrease trend than that of the control group. The difference test values of the two groups were all P < 0. 05. Moreover,the reduction trend of placental area in the observation group at 7 and 14 days after treatment was better than that of the control group,and the difference test values of the two groups were all P < 0. 05. Conclusion The application of Shenghua decoction in the treatment of partial placenta implantation after midgestation can help to reduce the placenta area and decrease the β-HCG value of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
