经筋刀治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经筋刀治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法随机选择2016年6月—2017年6月就诊的类风湿关节炎患者76例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组予洛索洛芬钠片、羟氯喹以及甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予经筋刀治疗,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈6例,显效有16例,总有效34例,占89. 47%;对照组总有效有27例,占71. 05%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论经筋刀联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的治疗效果显著优于单独应用西药的治疗方法,在临床上可广泛使用。Objective To explore the curative effect of the meridian knife in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method .From June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital,76 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,according to treatment methods,were divided into observation group and control group.The eontrol group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets,sulfasalazine and methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with the meridian knife on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect was observed.Result In the observation group,6 eases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,34 cases were total effective,accounting for 89.47%,while the control group had 27cases,accounting for 71.05%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of meridian knife combined with-western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better than that of Western medicine alone,and it can be widely used in clinic.
