徐慧媛教授运用补中益气汤验案举隅

摘　　要：补中益气汤源自李东垣《脾胃论》,具有补中益气、升阳举陷之功效,是治疗脾胃病的经典方,主要用于治疗脾胃气虚、中气下陷及气虚发热等症。徐慧媛教授防治疾病多从后天之脾入手,而补中益气汤恰依后天之脾功能而立,故而被徐慧媛教授广泛应用于多种疾病的防治,拓宽了补中益气汤的应用范围,并取得较好疗效。现列举徐慧媛教授运用补中益气汤之验案如下。The Buzhong Yiqi decoction was recorded earliest in Li Dongyuan’s Treatise on Spleen and Stomach. It is the classic prescription for treating spleen and stomach. The prescription has the effect of tonifying middle energizer and benefiting qi,ascending up spleen-qi,lifting prolapsed zang-fu organs. It is mainly applicable to deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi,collapse of qi and fever due to deficiency of vital energy. Professor Xu Huiyuan often prevents and cures diseases in theory of spleen. The Buzhong Yiqi decoction was just stranded by the function of spleen. Therefore,Professor Xu Huiyuan applied the prescription to prevent and cure various diseases,widened the scope of the application of the prescription,and obtained significant curative effect. This article lists cases of Professor Xu Huiyuan’s experience of applying Buzhong Yiqi decoction as follows.
