通因通用推拿法治疗小儿伤食泻32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析小儿腹泻的中医病因病理机制,探讨采用通因通用反治法的推拿疗法治疗小儿伤食泻的效果,为临床治疗小儿伤食泻提供一定参考。方法选取64例伤食泻患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组32例,治疗组采用通因通用反治法进行推拿治疗,对照组采用常规手法进行治疗,72 h后对2组临床症状及各项生理指标进行观察,一个疗程后进行疗效对比。结果经治疗后治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组总有效率为75%。治疗组总有效率较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且2组均未出现其他严重不良反应。结论运用通因通用反治法进行推拿治疗属于辩证求因,审因论治,具有见效快,易接受,无痛苦,无不良作用等优势。Objective To analyze the etiology and pathology of diarrhea in children and to discuss the effect of the treatment of infantile diarrhoea by the use of treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method massage. It provides a reference for the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods 64 cases of infantile diarrhea were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method massage,and the control group was treated with routine manipulations. 72 hours later,the clinical symptoms and physiological indicators of the two groups were observed. After one course of treatment,the efficacy was compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was 93. 7% and 75%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was statistically significant comparing with the control group( P < 0. 05),and there were no other serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The use of treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method massage in treating infantile diarrhoea belongs to syndrome differentiation. Due to reasoning and treatment,it has the advantages of quick response,easy acceptance,no pain,and no side effects.
