摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,消费发展已成为促进我国经济发展和结构化的重要推动力。为全面理解和推进消费提质发展,本文主要从提高消费发展质量,满足人民美好生活向往的视角出发,探讨消费提质发展的内涵及其与生产发展的辩证关系,刻画消费提质发展的具体表现形式,深入分析推动消费提质发展的内在动力机制,提出影响消费提质发展的三大驱动力,指明了消费提质发展的实现途径。As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,consumption development has become an important driving force to promote China's economic development and structuralization.In order to comprehensively understand and promote the development of consumption quality improvement,this paper mainly discusses the connotation of consumption quality improvement and its dialectical relationship with production development from the perspective of improving the quality of consumption development,depicts the concrete manifestations of consumption quality improvement development,and deeply analyzes the inherent development of consumption quality improvement.The motive mechanism puts forward three driving forces which affect the development of consumption upgrading,and points out the way to realize the development of consumption upgrading.
