摘  要:目的了解南京市麻疹流行趋势,为麻疹防控提供依据。方法收集2016-2017年南京市190份麻疹疑似病例,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对麻疹疑似病例血清进行IgM抗体检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果共检测南京市麻疹疑似病例血清190例,检出麻疹IgM抗体阳性163例,阳性率为85.79%。其中2016年疑似血清数129例,IgM抗体阳性数119例;2017年疑似血清数61例,IgM抗体阳性数44例。8个月至2岁年龄段婴幼儿麻疹疑似病例数最多、阳性率最高,占各年龄段构成比44.17%,麻疹IgM抗体阳性率达100%。各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻疹发病集中在1-5月,其IgM抗体阳性数占全年构成比88.95%,其中2月阳性标本所占构成比最高,为26.99%。结论春季为麻疹的高发季节,2岁以下的婴幼儿发病数最高。Objective To understand the trend of measles in Nanjing and provide evidence for measles prevention and control. Methods Serum samples of suspected measles cases were detected for anti-measles antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the results were compared and analyzed. Results A total of 190 cases of suspected measles cases in Nanjing were detected, and 163 cases of measles IgM antibody were detected, with a positive rate of85.79%. Among them, there were 129 suspected blood samples in 2016 and 119 were positive for anti-measles IgM antibodies. In 2017, there were 61 suspected serum samples and 44 were anti-measles IgM antibodies positive. In the 8 months to 2 years old, the number of suspected measles cases was the highest and the positive rate was the highest,accounting for 44.17% of all age groups, and the positive rate of anti-measles IgM antibody was 100%. The positive rates differences between the different age groups were statistically significant. The incidence of measles was concentrated in January-May. The positive cases of anti-measles IgM antibodies in January-May accounted for 88.95% of the whole year, and the proportion of positive samples in February was the highest, which was 26.99%. Conclusion Most measles attack occurred in the spring, and less than two years old infants had the highest incidence among all age groups.
