摘  要:在公主岭和敦化两个不同生态区,以8个不同基因型大豆品种为试验材料,设置5个施肥梯度,研究不同基因型大豆品种对肥料的响应,旨在探讨两个生态区不同施肥梯度对不同品种产量和农艺性状的影响。结果表明:不同基因型大豆品种产量随着施肥量的增加呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势。吉育86、吉大豆3号、吉农38、吉育301,在不同施肥条件下均表现产量较高。不同品种产量对施肥量的响应存在显著差异,吉育86和吉育47对肥料的响应更积极,施肥210kg/hm^2、180 kg/hm^2时产量达最高,较不施肥分别增产25.50%和11.86%。吉农38对肥料的响应较小,施肥135 kg/hm^2时产量达最高,较不施肥增产7.57%。在农艺性状方面,随着施肥量增加株高显著增高,节数有增加的趋势,荚重、粒重、百粒重表现先增后降的趋势。因此,生产上应该根据品种对肥料响应特性调整施肥量,以达到最高效益。In this experiment, eight different genotype soybean varieties were used and five fertilization gradientswere set in two different ecological regions, Gongzhuling and Dunhua. The purpose is to study response of differentgenotype soybean to fertilizer, explore influence of different fertilizer on yield and agronomic traits of different genotypes of soybean in two ecological regions. The results showed that the yield of different genotype soybean varietiesincreased with the fertilizer levels, then gradually decreased. Yield of‘Jiyu 86’,‘Jidadou No.3’,‘Jinong 38’and‘Jiyu 301’was higher under different fertilization. There was a significant difference in the response of yield of different varieties to fertilization,‘Jiyu 86’and‘Jiyu 47’were more sensitive to fertilizer, their yield were highestwhen the fertilizer was 210 and 180 kg per hectare, respectively, which were 25.5 and 11.9 percent higher comparedto non-fertilization. Response of yield of‘Jidadou No.3’and‘Jinong 38’to fertilizer was not sensitive. Their yieldwere highest when the fertilizer was 157.5 and 135 kg per hectare, respectively, which were 12.28 and 7.57 percenthigher compared to non-fertilization. Fertilization significantly promoted the plant height. There was a tendency toincrease the number of nodes with the increase of fertilization. Pod weight, grain weight and hundred-grain weightincreased with the fertilizer levels, then gradually decreased. Therefore, amount of fertilizer should be adjustedbased on soybean varieties response to fertilizer to achieve maximum benefit in the production.
