摘　　要：本文阐述了新时期农业科技情报研究人员应具备的综合素质,分析了农业科技情报研究人员综合素质的现状,列举了影响农业科技情报研究人员综合素质的因素,最后提出了提高农业科技情报研究人员综合素质的方法。The comprehensive quality that researchers in agricultural science and technology information shouldhave in the new period was described in the paper. The status quo of the comprehensive quality of researchers in agricultural science and technology information was analyzed. Factors affecting the comprehensive quality of researchers in agricultural science and technology information were listed. Finally, methods to improve the comprehensivequality of researchers in agricultural science and technology information were put forward.
