摘 要:针对40.5kV交流金属封闭开关柜内部具有高、低压屏蔽的典型穿墙套管运行过程中出现局放、沿面放电问题,利用Ansys Workbench软件进行电场计算和问题分析并提出两种结构优化方案。分析绝缘试验时穿墙套管初始放电主要发生在内穿铜排表面窄边圆角处原因,采用参数化建模优化方法并以高压、接地屏蔽罩长度和半径为变量,在一定范围内进行反复迭代综合考虑得到穿墙套管高、低压屏蔽罩优化方案并试验验证,在此基础上进一步设计高压罩全屏蔽方案,对比两方案参数并结合生产实际给出工程建议。仿真与试验结果表明:屏蔽罩优化方案将铜排表面、环氧外表面最大场强分别减小为4.5、2.6kV/mm,高压全屏蔽型方案通过取消接地屏蔽附近伞群、适当降低环氧厚度,将穿墙套管整体最大场强降为2.37kV/mm,为穿墙套管设计提供工程依据。This paper is aimed at the problem that the typical wall bushings with high and low voltage shielding of 40.5kV switchgear appear partial.discharge and surface discharge under working conditions.Ansys Workbench and other software are used for electric field calculation and problem analysis.Two structural optimization schemes are proposed.The cause of the initial discharge at the narrow fillet of copper surface is analyzed in the insulation test. The parameterized modeling optimization method is adopted.The length and radius of the shield of high voltage and earthing is taken as variables,and the repeated iteration is carried out in a certain range.Taking into consideration the optimization scheme of high and low voltage shields for wall bushings,a design is verified by a test.And then a further design of fully shielded structure for HV shield is designed.The parameters of these two structures are com- pared,and engineering suggestions are given in combination with production practice.The simulation and test results show that shield optimization structure can reduce the maximum field strength of the surface of copper bar and the outer surface of epoxy to 4.5kV/mm and 2.6kV/mm respectively.The high voltage full shielding structure reduc- es the overall field strength of the through wall bushing to 2.37kV/mm by eliminating the umbrella group near the ground shield and reducing the thickness of the epoxy properly.It provides the engineering basis for the design of the wall bushing.
