摘 要:文中对气体绝缘环网柜分别在不同充气压力下充入干燥空气、N_2以及SF_63种气体进行温升性能的试验对比研究。研究表明,采用干燥空气或N_2作为绝缘介质,其温升要明显高于SF_6,并且温升相差值在各气压下基本一致,分别高出5~12 K和5~10 K,差值较大的部位主要集中在固体绝缘包覆元件的固定联结处。同种气体绝缘环网柜在不同气压下,温升随充气压力的增大而降低,对于干燥空气或N_2绝缘环网柜,在微正压范围内,温升值随压力的升高仅有5%的降低,没有充SF_6降低的显著。研究结果对干燥空气或N_2绝缘环网柜的设计、试验以及运行提供了参考和依据。A series of study of the temperature rise performance comparison tests of gas-insulated RMU filling dry air,N2and SF6respectively under different gas pressures has been carried out.It has been found that the temperature rise of RMU using dry air or N2 as insulating medium is 5-12K or 5-10K higher than that of using SF6 respectively, and highest points focus on solid insulation embedded component fixed connections and the temperature rise difference value is nearly consistent under different gas pressures.If RMU filling the same insulating gas under different pressures,the temperature rise drops down by increasing of the gas pressure.The temperature rise of dry air or N2 gasinsulated RMU has only 5%reduction within scopes of micro-positive pressures,which is not significant compared with SF6 gas-insulated RMU.Research results provide references to guide the design,test and operation of dry air or N2 gas-insulated RMU.
