摘  要:为探究接触网绝缘子在污闪过程中泄漏电流特性,文中选取FQX-25铁道用复合绝缘子进行人工污秽试验获取泄漏电流数据。首先利用泄漏电流的区段变化特性对试验数据分区研究并结合文献确定出安全区、预报区和危险区之间的分区阈值为10 mA和30 mA。其次求出各区段的有效值和脉冲时域熵,利用MATLAB拟合它们与污秽度的关系曲线;接着对各区段泄漏电流数据进行FFT分析,提取出3次谐波、5次谐波与基波的幅值比K3/1、K5/1。最后建立了污闪发展全过程泄漏电流3区段波形的总谐波失真(THD),确立了各区段波形谐波失真的大致范围。研究表明,泄漏电流危险区有效值和脉冲时域熵与等值盐密ρESDD都有很好的指数拟合关系;泄漏电流预报区波形总谐波失真和K3/1能更准确地描述泄漏电流特性。此研究成果能为评估绝缘子的污秽状态提供新思路。In order to study the characteristics of leakage current of catenary insulator during the pollution flash-over,in this paper,the catenary composite insulator FQX-25 is selected to do artificial contamination test. First ofall,study on the partition of experimental data by using the variation of the leakage current can re-determine the par-tition threshold of the safe zone,forecast area and danger zone which are 10 mA and 30 mA. Secondly,the RMS andthe pulse time-domain entropy are obtained and the relationship between them and contamination degree is pro-cessed by MATLAB. Then,by doing the FFT analysis in each section,the amplitude ratio of 3rd harmonic,5th har-monic and fundamental wave are extracted as K3/1、K5/1. Finally,the total harmonic distortion of the leakage current inthe whole process of the contamination flashover of the 3 section is built and the approximate range of waveform har-monic distortion of each section is established. The research shows that the RMS of the leakage current and the pulsetime domain entropy and the equivalent salt density ρESDDhave very good exponential fitting relation and the total har-monic distortion and the of the K3/1waveform in the leakage current prediction area could describe the leakage cur-rent characteristics more accurately. The results of this study can provide a new way to evaluate the contamination status of insulators.
