摘 要:断路器手车触头接触不良发热,会导致过热,甚至会发展成为电网事故。基于多场耦合有限元法建立了断路器手车触头温升计算的三维模型,采用该模型对不同插入深度和偏移角度进行了力场计算,分析了静触头插入深度和偏移角度对接触压力的影响,并进行了插入深度试验,结果表明,插入深度不足导致的梅花触头接触电阻增大是断路器手车触头过热性故障的主要原因。接着计算分析了在额定电流作用下静触头插入深度为1/2时的断路器手车触头稳定温升、电流密度与应力分布。最后搭建了装有记忆合金材料压片的梅花触头和装有普通材料压片的梅花触头的对比温升试验平台,结果表明,使用记忆合金压片有助于降低梅花触头温升,有效地降低了过热性故障的故障率。Poor contacting of circuit breaker handcart contact will result in overheating of contact,or even lead to ac- cident of power grid.A 3-D finite element model based on the coupled field theory to calculate the temperature rise in circuit breaker handcart contact is built.The model is adopted for stress field calculating in different cases,and analyzing the influences of static contact insertion depth and offset angle on contact pressure.And the insertion depth experiment is carried out.It is concluded that the insufficient insertion depth led to increasing contact resistance of plum blossom contact is the main cause of overheating faults in circuit breaker handcart contact.Then the steady temperature,current density and stress distribution of circuit breaker handcart contact to carry rated current when static contact insertion depth is 1/2 are calculated and analyzed.Finally,the contrast temperature rise experimental platform of plum blossom contact with memory alloy tablets and plum blossom contact with common tablets is set up.The results show that the memory alloy tablets is helpful to reduce the temperature rise of the plum blossom contact,it can effectively reduce the overheat fault.
