双胎孕妇孕前超重肥胖对孕期体重指数的影响

摘　　要：目的分析双胎妊娠孕妇孕前与孕期体重指数(BMI)的关系,研究孕前正常体重和超重肥胖孕妇妊娠期BMI的变化特点。方法 2013年6月-2016年6月在某三级甲等医院产科检查和分娩的141例双胎妊娠孕妇,根据初诊BMI分为低体重组(BMI <18. 5)、正常体重组(18. 5≤BMI≤23. 9)和超重肥胖组(BMI≥24),运用方差分析和简单线性回归方法,分析比较正常体重和超重肥胖两组孕妇孕期BMI变化情况。结果超重肥胖组孕妇的孕期BMI增长值高于正常体重组(F=4. 874,P <0. 05);较之超重肥胖组,正常体重组孕妇BMIP95、P90、P85、P10变化幅度较大(P <0. 05)。结论孕前BMI不同的双胎孕妇孕期增重差异有统计学意义,超重肥胖孕妇孕期BMI变化小于正常体重的孕妇。Objective To analyze the relationship between pre-pregnancy and pregnancy body mass index(BMI) of twin pregnant women,and the changes of BMI during pregnancy in normal weight and overweight or obesity pregnant women. Methods 141 twinpregnant women examined and delivered in obstetrics department of a tertiary hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were recruited,and according to their BMI,they were divided into underweight(BMI < 18. 5),normal weight(18. 5 ≤ BMI ≤23. 9) and overweight or obesity(BMI≥24). One-way ANOVA and simple linear regression methods were used to analyze BMI changes between normal and overweight or obesity women. Results Compared to overweight or obesity group,BMI increase during pregnancy in normal weight group was statistically significantly higher(F = 4. 874,P < 0. 05) and the change range of BMIP95,P90,P85 and P10 in normal weight group was larger than that in normal weight group.(P < 0. 05). Conclusion There were significant differences in weight gain during pregnancy between twin pregnancies with different pre-pregnancy BMI.
