龙胆泻肝汤合溃疡散治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察龙胆泻肝汤联合溃疡散治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组。对照组采用溃疡散纳肛;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用龙胆泻肝汤口服。对两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后两组C-反应蛋白水平进行比较。结果总有效率治疗组(93.3%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组C-反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合溃疡散治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能有效降低机体C-反应蛋白水平,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction and Kuiyang power in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group took,orally Kuiyang power entero-soluble capsule combined with Longdan Xiegan decoction.The control group took orally Kuiyang power entero-soluble capsule.The clinical effect and the levels of CRP between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group (9390)was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.0%)(P <0.05).The level of CRP in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The Longdan Xiegan decoction and Kuiyang power in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can effectively reduce the level of the body CRP,and has significantly clinical effect.
