摘　　要：贾六金主任医师为全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,业勤技精,在几十年的临证生涯中,自创银柴退热汤、复感灵、乳蛾消等自拟方,应用广泛,并收到了较好的疗效和口碑。现通过对贾六金自拟银柴退热汤在临床中对小儿热病的病例剖析,总结了此方的组方及用药特点,并探讨了贾老治疗小儿热病的学术思想,深刻体会到了贾老中西医辨证相结合的学术精髓。Jia Liujin Chief Physician is the teacher for guiding the work of the TCM academic experience inheritance.He is very excellent, and creates many decoctions by himself in all the decades that he has worked,such as Yinehai Tuire decoction,Fuganling decoction, Ruexiao decoction and so on.They are widely applied,and received good results.We summarized the characteristics of the prescription and medication through the analysis of eases that children with fever are treated by Yinchai Tuire decoction,and discussed Jia Liujin's academic thoughts in the treatment of fever in children.We realized that the Jia Liujin'academic essence is the combination of Western medicine syndrome and TCM.
