芒硝外敷在腹膜炎患者中的护理作用

摘　　要：目的分析中药芒硝外敷在腹膜炎患者中的积极作用。方法回顾性分析我院在2015年1月—2017年1月期间进入我院的腹膜炎患者,选择其中100例作为研究对象,根据入院的先后顺序将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上使用中药芒硝外敷,比较两组临床效果。结果对照组术后排气时间(82.06±22.01)h、术后排便时间(88.34±21.46)h、术后切口感染7例(14.0%),与实验组术后排气时间(30.65±11.45)h、术后排便时间(48.31±15.02)h、术后切口感染2例(4.0%)差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药芒硝外敷在腹膜炎患者中应用有良好临床作用,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the positive effect of topical application of Chinese medicine Natrii Sulfas on peritonitis.Methods A retrospective analysis on peritonitis patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 was carried out,and 100 oases were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine treatment.The experimental group used topical application of Chinese medicine Natrii Sulfas on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results In the control group,the postoperative exhaust time was (82.06±22.01 )h,postoperative defecation time was (88.34±21.46)h,and 7 cases had postoperative wound infection (14%).In the experimental group,the postoperative exhaust time was (30.65±11.45)h,postoperative defecation time was (48.31±15.02)h,and 2 cases had postoperative wound infection (4%).There was significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion The topical application of Chinese medicine Natrii Sulfas on peritonitis has good clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion.
