王象礼重用蜈蚣治疗勃起功能障碍的经验

摘　　要：阳痿的发病率近年来在各年龄段呈不断增高的趋势,王象礼主任医师在重用蜈蚣防治性功能障碍方面积累了丰富和独到的经验,尤专精析夹杂,妙用大方,善于男科疑难兼杂症中抓要点,疗痼疾。现从蜈蚣功效探究,老师对阳痿(病因病机、治法方药)的认识及典型案例举例等方面作一叙述,其疗效独特,方便后学者大致参悟其临证思辨特点,以效其法。In recent years,the incidence of impotence of all ages were constantly increasing trend,director of physician Wang Xiangli has accumulated a wealth of experience in prevention and treatment of sexual dysfunction,especially analysis of chronic illness and difficult diseases,clever use of medicine and adept at discriminating andrology incurable diseases and grasping elements and treatment the chronic. From exploring the effectiveness of centipedes,our teacher's acquaintance for impotence (etiology and pathology principle and treatment) knowledge and typical cases of an example for other aspects was described,due to the unique effect,it's conducive to descendants to ponder their substantially clinical characteristics and syndrome differentiation thinking and follow her therapeutic method.
