灭幽汤对湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的为有效治疗湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者,临床观察灭幽汤对病症改善效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2015年12月期间70例经诊断为胃炎且行14C尿素呼气试验和血清幽门螺杆菌Ig G检查,结果均为阳性入院治疗的患者,按双盲法随机分为西药组35例、联合组35例。西药组采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑药物治疗,联合组在此基础上服用中药汤剂灭幽汤,观察两组疗效、IL-8、和IL-6水平变化以及服药后发生不良反应的情况。结果未治疗时两组IL-8、IL-6水平差异无意义,P>0.05,治疗后联合组较西药组IL-8、IL-6水平改善效果好,P<0.05;联合组临床有效率为94.3%,西药组为80.0%,联合组较西药组疗效好,P<0.05。结论临床对湿热型幽门螺杆菌感染引发的胃炎患者治疗时,采用灭幽汤可有效改善患者嗳气、腹痛等症状,提高机体免疫能力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mieyou decoction on the dampness-heat helicobacter pylori-induced gastritis.Method 70 patients with gastritis treated from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected.Through the ^13C urea breath test and IgG examination,they were positively confirmed.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The Western medicine group .took Amoxicillin and Omeprazole.On this basis,the combined group also took Mieyou decoction.The clinical effect,Changes of IL-8 and IL-6 levels and adverse reactions were observed.Result Before surgery,the level of IL-8 and IL-6 of the two groups was not significantly different (P >0.05).After surgery,the level of IL-8 and IL-6 of the combined group was better than that of the Western medicine group (P <0.05 ).The clinical effective rate of the combined group (94.3%)was higher than that of the Western medicine group (80.0%)(P <0.05 ).Conclusion For patients with dampness-heat helicobacter pylori-induced gastritis,Mieyou decoction can relieve the patient's symptoms of beIching and abdominal pain,and improve the body immunity.
