加味四逆汤治疗脑出血伴血管源性脑水肿30例

摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血伴血管源性脑水肿采用加味四逆汤治疗临床效果。方法选取脑出血伴血管源性脑水肿60例,均为我院2015年2月—2016年2月收治,随机分组,就常规西医方案治疗(对照组30例)与加用加味四逆汤治疗(观察组30例)效果展开对比。结果本次选取的观察组脑出血伴血管源性脑水肿患者临床总有效率经统计为90.0%,明显高于对照组76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前神经功能缺损程度评分、水肿体积无差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,观察组较对照组改善幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的脑出血伴血管源性脑水肿病例,采用加味四逆汤治疗,可显著提高临床效果,促神经功能缺损程度减轻,减少水肿体积,对保障患者预后价值显著。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of modified Sini decoction in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with vasogenic edema. Methods Selecting 60 eases of pcerebral hemorrhage with vasogenie edema patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, they were randomized to control group of 30 eases received conventional Western medicine regimen and observation group of 30 cases adopted modified Sinidecoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 90% which was significantly higher than 76.7% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Functional defect,neurological assessment and edema volume before treatment of the two groups had no difference (P >0.05).After treatment,functional defect,neurological assessment and edema volume of the two groups were improved.The improved magnitude of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The modified Sini decoction in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with vasogenic edema can significantly improve the clinical effect,promote neurological deficit,reduce edema volume reduction,and has the significant prognostic value.
