健脾补肺化痰方对哮喘儿童肺功能变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾补肺化痰方对哮喘儿童肺功能变化的影响。方法 60例哮喘缓解期儿童分为治疗组(健脾补肺化痰方+西药组)30例、对照组(西药组)30例,观察健脾补肺化痰方对治疗1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月后哮喘患儿PEF、FEV1/FVC值的影响。结果治疗组患儿PEF值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);FEV1/FVC%显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肺化痰方能明显增强哮喘患儿的肺功能,降低支气管高反应性。Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening spleen for nourishing lung and dissipating phlegm recipe on lung function change in children with asthma.Methods 60 cases of children with asthma in remission child were divided into treatment group (strengthening spleen for nourishing lung and dissipating phlegm recipe and Western medicine group)of 30 cases and control group (Western medicine group)of 30 cases.After treatment of one month,three months,six months and nine months,BA PEF and FEV1 /FVC values were observed.Results The PEF values of BA of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The FEV1 /FVC% of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The strengthening spleen for nourishing lung and dissipating phlegm recipe can only significantly increase lung function in children with BA,and reduce BHR.
