中医周期疗法联合西药治疗宫腔粘连临床观察

摘　　要：目的对中医3期疗法治疗宫腔粘连的临床疗效进行观察。方法对运用中医3期疗法治疗宫腔粘连患者的临床疗效进行回顾性分析,应用随机数字表把纳入的88例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各44例,对照组使用补佳乐、安宫黄体酮片周期治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上运用中医3期疗法,一个疗程为3个月,观察两组的临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,治疗组的总有效率、停药3个月及6个月复发率均明显占优。结论宫腔粘连患者运用中医周期疗法联合西药周期治疗,治愈率提高,复发率降低,且无明显不良反应,取得了满意效果。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM 3 periodic therapy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions.Methods The clinical effect of TCM 3 periodic therapy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions was retrospectively analyzed.Using random numbers table,88 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and two groups had 44 cases.The control group used periodic therapy of Progynova and Medroxyprogesterone tablets.The treatment group used TCM 3 periodic therapy,on the basis of the control group.A course of treatment was 3 months.The clinical curative effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate, recurrence rates of discontinuation of 3 months and 6 months of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion TCM 3 periodic therapy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions can improve the cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,and has no obvious adverse reaction.Satisfactory results have been achieved.
