湿毒清联合依巴斯汀治疗特应性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿毒清和依巴斯汀联合应用治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效以及治疗前后外周血EOS、血清Ig E水平的变化情况。方法将我科94例特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例,对照组患者使用依巴斯汀口服,治疗组患者加用湿毒清胶囊口服,观察治疗后对照组和治疗组的临床疗效及外周血EOS、血清Ig E的水平变化。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为63.83%,治疗组总有效率为93.62%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清Ig E水平与治疗前及对照组相比均呈明显下降趋势(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论湿毒清联合依巴斯汀口服治疗特应性皮炎比单纯口服依巴斯汀的治疗效果更加显著。To observe the clinical effect of Shiduqing combined with Ebastine in the treatment of atopic dermatitis and the changes of peripheral blood EOS and serum IgE level.Methods Ninety -four cases of atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with Ebastine orally,and the treatment group was treated with Shiduqing capsules combined with Ebastine orally.The clinical effect,the changes of peripheral blood EOS and serum IgE level of the treatment group and the control group were observed.Results The total effective rate was 63.8%in the control group and 93.6% in the treatment group (P <0.05). Comparing with prior treatment and the control group,the level of serum IgE in the treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.05).
