舒心饮治疗稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨舒心饮治疗稳定性心绞痛的疗效及护理要点。方法将76例稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组:对照组37例,给予常规西药治疗;治疗组39例,除常规治疗外,给予舒心饮口服。对两组患者心绞痛症状缓解、心电图的改善进行监测。结果治疗组总有效率为87.2%,对照组为70.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<O.05);治疗组心电图有效率为79.5%,对照组为64.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<O.05);同时治疗组在疼痛发作频率、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒心饮治疗稳定性心绞痛,疗效肯定,可有效缓解心绞痛发作,并无不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxin drink in treating stable angina pectoris and the main point of nursing. Methods 76 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 39 cases and control group of 37 cases.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given conventional Western medicine treatment and Shuxin drink. The ECG changes,frequency of the onset of pain,duration time of the pain and dosage of nitroglycerin were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.2%.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.6%(P <0.05 ).The effective rate of ECG of the treatment group was 79.4%.The effective rate of ECG of the control group was 64.8 %(P <0.05).And the treatment group was also better than the control group in frequency of the onset of pain,duration time and dosage of nitroglycerin (P <0.05).Conclusion Shuxin drink in treating stable angina pectoris is effective,can relieve angina attack,and has no adverse reactions.
