摘　　要：姜黄素是提取自姜科植物姜黄的根茎的一类多酚类化合物,作为姜黄中最有效、最丰富的活性成分,因其广泛而明确的药理作用成为现代药理研究的热点。现有药理研究证实,姜黄素药理作用广泛,并且长期以来作为调味品、食品添加剂为人们所熟知,毒性小,不良作用少,具有高度临床推广价值。现综述姜黄素药理研究进展,为姜黄素的临床应用提供全面可靠的理论依据。Curcumin is polyphenol compound extracted from Zingiberaceae turmeric rhizome,as an active and the most abundant ingredient in turmeric,and it becomes the focus of modern pharmacological research because of its broad and clear pharmacological effects. Pharmacological studies have shown that eurcumin has a wide range of pharmacological effects,as a condiment for a long time,food additives known to people.Less toxicity and fewer side effects make it a high clinical value.In this paper,the research progress of eurcumin was reviewed,which provided a comprehensive and reliable theoretical basis for the clinical application of eureumin.
