糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效。方法:将120例4～12岁腺样体肥大患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻和口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊6周,观察组在对照组基础上加用鼻渊通窍颗粒,比较两组患儿治疗前后的临床症状评分及腺样体大小的变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组鼻塞、流涕、打鼾评分及总分均低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。治疗后两组患儿鼻塞、流涕、打鼾评分及总分较同组治疗前均下降(P均<0. 05)。治疗后观察组患儿腺样体明显小于对照组(P<0. 05);两组患儿治疗前后比较,腺样体均有不同程度的减小(P均<0. 05)。结论:糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of nasal spray hormone combined with Biyuan Tongqiao particles in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods: A total of 120 children aged 4 to 12 years with adenoid hypertrophy were selected to be randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group. In the control group,momisson furoate nasal spray and oral eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules were used for 6 weeks. On the basis of the control group,Biyuan Tongqiao particles were added to the observation group. And changes of the clinical symptom scores and adenoid size before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results: After treatment,the score of nasal obstruction,running nose,snoring and total score of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P<0. 05). After treatment,the adenoids of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Before and after treatment,the adenoids of two groups decreased to different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of nasal spray hormone combined with Biyuan Tongqiao particles in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children is significant. It is an ideal Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy and worthy of clinical promotion.
