摘 要:目的了解医学生压力现状,制定有针对性的干预措施,促进医学类大学生身心健康。方法抽取四川省三所医学院校本科生作为为研究对象,使用大学生压力量表对医学生进行压力调查。结果医学生压力总分(58.16±12.64)分,压力处于高水平。不同性别、对专业的满意度、家庭经济状况、家庭关系、室友关系差异有统计学意义。多元线性逐步回归分析发现,性别、对专业的满意度、家庭经济状况、家庭关系是医学类大学生压力水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医学院校应进一步提高对医学生的关注,进行有针对性的思想教育,培养其积极心态,促进医学生的心理健康。Objective To understand the status quo of medical students' stress and to develop targeted interventions to promote the physical and mental health of medical college students. Methods Undergraduate students from three medical colleges in Si-chuan Province were selected as the research objects, and the pressure survey of medical students was conducted using the college students' stress scale. Results The total score of medical students was 58.16±12.64, and the pressure was at a high level. There were statistically significant differences in gender, professional satisfaction, family economic status, family relation-ships, and roommate relationships. Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis found that gender, professional satisfaction, family economic status, and family relationship were the influencing factors of medical college students' stress level (P<0.05). Conclusion Medical colleges should further improve the attention of medical students, carry out targeted ideological education, cultivate their positive attitude and promote the mental health of medical students.
