多孔细旦涤纶全牵伸丝上油形式的探讨

摘　　要：分析了不同上油形式对涤纶全牵伸丝的作用,就多孔细旦全牵伸丝分别以油轮上油和油嘴上油的方式进行生产实践和理论探讨,发现不同的上油形式对多孔细旦涤纶全牵伸丝的品质和生产稳定性影响重大。同时讨论了油嘴上油的情况,分析油嘴型号对多孔细旦全牵伸丝的产品质量和平稳生产的影响,结果表明:采用合理的上油形式和油嘴型号,纤维品质得到改善,生产稳定。The effect of different oiling forms on the polyester full drawn yarn is analyzed,and the production practice and theoretical discussion on the porous fine denier full drawn yarn are carried out in the way of tanker oiling and nozzle oiling,respectively.The results show that tile quality and production stability of porous fine denier polyester full drawn yarn are greatly affected by different oiling forms.At the same time, the situation of nozzle oiling is discussed,and the influence of oil nozzle type on product quality and smooth production of porous fine denier full drawn yarn is analyzed.The results show that by adopting reasonable oiling form and oil nozzle type,the fiber quality can be improved and production is stable.
